Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to Restrict COA adding value only for Project Segment

Good Evening,

We are using R12.

We are having 5 segments in COA.

Company , Location , Dept,Account , Project

We are adding new values from GL.

Nav : GL Super User -> Financials->FlexFields->Key ->Values->

Application : General Ledger
Title : Accounting Flex Field
Structure : SVMCO_Field
Segment : Project

Now the requirement is for Finance KEY user we want to give rights to ADD 'PROJECT ' segment ONLY.

And NO MODIFICATION -No DELETE
