Unable to Download any Patch from MOS

Hello everybody,

today i tried to download patch 22261050 from MOS Patches & Updates without any success.

When i use Google Chrome: After searching for the patch, i clicked on download. After then i can see the new window with the zip file link on it. After clicking on this link i get an access denied error, that says that i don't have the permission to download any patches.

I checked my Account and i have dowload permissions for this type of patch.

When i use Mozilla Firefox: When i change to Patches & Updates in MOS i can see the following error "MOS Patch Service is unavailable".
