how to managed SL150 on OS

hello everyone. thanks for interested on this question.

the question is

how to managed sl150 on OS(linux. unix. aix other.. specially aix.)

usually using backup software.or front pannel (veritas NBU, backup acc .)

but i just wanna backup on os. like cli UI.

I think 'mt' command can possible to backup. but not surely. so..

how to start backup or moving tape, or cleaning drive, in the OS(aix)

i already know how to  used remote or front pannel. i just want command in aix system.
