Quorum server won't start now

Was working but now getting the following error in log file in /var/svc/log:-

Aug  5 10:32:26 Executing start method ("/usr/cluster/lib/svc/method/quorumserver start"). ]

clquorumserver:  (C436691) Failed to start quorum server on port "9002". Refer to system log for details.

[ Aug  5 10:32:26 Method "start" exited with status 3. ]

In /var/adm/messages:-

Aug  5 10:32:26 chpman-sl2 svc.startd[13]: [ID 652011 daemon.warning] svc:/system/cluster/quorumserver:default: Method "/usr/cluster/lib/svc/method/quorumserver start" failed with exit status 3.

Aug  5 10:32:26 chpman-sl2 QuorumServer[18548]: [ID 642208 daemon.error] Failed to bind socket to port 9002.

Aug  5 10:32:26 chpman-sl2 QuorumServer[18548]: [ID 760963 daemon.error] Quorum server initialization failed.

Any ideas?
