Equipment Lease Creation is asking redundant Information and will not default to Payment Tab

So I was creating an Equipment Lease and found that there were redundant information that was requested and even after choosing a Term template it would not default on the payment tab.

Eg:

While creating A Term Template; I entered information for Supplier Name ,Supplier Site .

While creating a Lease; I chose the term template

Inspite of me choosing a Term Template which already has the supplier Name the Lease creation form has a redundant field of Lessor Name to be entered again.

Then if I did enter the Lessor Name and created a Lease the Payment tab is Blank.
