Experiencing SSL common name mismatch error on jobs connecting to support.oracle.com

Hi all,

OEM 12.1.0.4.0. Early in July, all of my jobs that connect to support.oracle.com for refreshes, updates, etc... began failing.

The jobs all log the same error:

Error:Server connection failed: 0:Received fatal alert: handshake_failure: Cause Exception Name: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Environment: [a.Protocol=https, b.Host Name=support.oracle.com, c.Port=443, d.Connection Timeout=180000 ms, e.Timeout=180000 ms, f.Proxy Host=null, g.Proxy Port=0, h.Path=/epmos/login, i.Parameters=[cmd-group=fwk, cmd=status, client-version=12.1.0.3, cmd-version=6.1, client-name=emmosadf]]

After doing some troubleshooting and searching on MOS, I issued wget statements from the OEM server (output below). Unfortunately, I have been unable to locate a MOS document that specifically points to this error to help resolve this issue. It is perplexing since the jobs were running just fine in June and prior to that. Has anyone else experienced this issue?  Is this something that can be fixed from my end?  Any specific MOS documents you could point me to would be very helpful.

Howdy, Stranger!
