Benefits Certificate attached to Medical plans in Fluid OE is difficult to read.

We are HCM 9.2 PUM 29 PeopleTool 8.57.05.

We are trying to use Fluid OE for the first time this year. When in the benefits enrollment item, clicking in the Medical tile opens our Benefit Certificate but is very hard to read. We have 2 questions in the certificate and they appear in scroll areas that are not totally obvious to the employees. Has anyone found a way to open the certificate full page and not in a small page with scrolls? See my certificate below:
