Fixed Location Replenishment with held lots

A location has been defined as fixed picking location for an item.

Now the stock for that item on the fixed location is more than Normal Replenishment point but under hold status.

In this scenario, when we execute Fixed location Replenishment report R461601, then system is considering that qty as available and is not generating any suggestions.

Could you please advice if this behavior is as per expectation.

Ideally if lot is on lot on fixed location, then that should be considered as not available and replenishment suggestion should be triggered.
