Deployment Server migration from Windows 2008 R2 to Windows 2012

Hi, Community!

We’re planning to perform a Deployment Server migration from Windows 2008 R2 to Windows 2012, as it’s support is expiring.


It has OEE 11.2.0.4 as a Local DB,
and on the same machine, Server Manager is running.
 

Enterprise Server (Application 9.1 & Tools 9.1.5) is on Linux,
and WebLogic 10.3.5 and OEE 11.2.0.4 are running.


We don’t plan any other migration except Deployment server’s OS, if it is unnecessary.

The migration step I’m assuming is following, but I’m not sure it will work.
1) Install DB 11.2.0.4 on Windows 2012
2) Install Deployment Server on Windows 2012
3) Import data from old OEE to new OEE
