Life Events Fluid change - How to map back to classic templates?

Hello,

We are in the process applying PI 30 in our HCM 9.2 system. We have noticed the Life Events Self Service components are changed to Fluid in Image 30. We are not ready to roll out fluid at this point. Is there anyway we can still keep the classic event category mapping?  Appreciate your insights on this. Our initial understanding is that this is done through Activity Guides? But not sure on the complete setup needed to this
