Disaster Recovery Not Working for Xstore/Xenvironment v16.0.0.0.699

Hi,

Register 1 (lead register) went down, in one of the stores, due to power failure. Our team went through running the Disaster Recovery functionality from Xenvironment of Register 2, after Register 1 went down, to convert register 2 as lead register. We received a success message but it apparently did not work. We can see lead on Xenvironment of register 2 of but seems like it was disconnected from xstore somehow. While xstore was still showing register 2 as non-lead and was not allowing to open/close store from register 2. I have attached the screenshot of xenvironment after running disaster
