Unable to see WebADI Parameter list when i try to download the WebADI document.

Hi,

12.1.3 , We are facing issue when we try to download the WebADI, the parameter not listing though the parameter list exists in the WebADI Content giving the below highlighted error. I could able to preview the parameter list in the Desktop Integration Manager but not in the other Menus(Responsibilities) where this is added.

Exception Name: oracle.apps.bne.exception.BneInvalidException - BneFlex.getFlexSegment: No value set for value set (null)

I traced the file ,but i didn't get any much information by seeing the Log(the same message i am seeing there in Log). Screenshots below
