in Inventory Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

The Reverse Period End Accrual Journal has been create with Journal Entry status 'Incomplete'. The GL Date shown 01-Jun-2019. I try to submit Create Accounting - Receiving but this Journal has not been selected for create accounting.
