Agile Server for a Specific Remote User is Down
Hi,
Any help is appreciated. I do not have a PLM tech team here to help.
A remote user received the following error when trying to download a file:
"The preferred file server : https://xxxxxxx for user : yuto is down. Please contact the system administrator.
I attached a screenshot. Outside of the normal stuff like having the user clear the cache/history on the browser, any ideas?
