NullPointerException when create customer

Hi,all

  we clone a new test enviroment ,but  when we create customer  , standard page raise error : nullpointerexception, we have check configration between prod  which can create well.  but the test enviroment is bad.

i have try to restart the weblogic  but it doesn't work. please help me . thanks
