Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear Folks,

what happens to budget control in case there are 3 Operating Units, and

OU-1 create PR, however, approval of PR is done in OU-2 and PO is created in OU-1. will this impact budgetary controls?

case-2: PR is created in OU-1 but PO is created in OU-2: will this impact my budgetary control?
