Server manager agent is not shown on server manager console

I Have installed server manager agent on deployment server but it is not shown on console. Agent log is capturing below error message

FINER: Unable to communicate with the management server 'JDEDEP' on port '14501'.  This is normal if the management server is not running.  Will try again in 30 seconds;  Exception:  Received fatal alert: handshake_failure
