Unable to view work center message for Scheduler user which launch the job in JDE

Hi Team,

One of the our user want to check work center message for Scheduler user.

Scheduler runs one UBE which fetch the Work center message, there question is that for normal user when we submit the UBE it captures the WC details than for scheduler job user where it stores the WC records.

Or for scheduler user it never captures WC details ?
