/etc/security/limits.conf not getting updated automatically by oracle-rdbms-server-12cR1-preinstall

Hi All,

I remember /etc/security/limits.conf getting updated automatically in Oracle Linux 5/6 post installing oracle-rdbms-server-12cR1-preinstall rpm.

However, I observed same was not updated in Oracle Linux 7.

Do we need to manually update these values. I am installing Oracle 12.1.0.2 for Oracle ebs r12.2.8?
