How to reduce downtime with windows db bundle

Hello, I want to know how to reduce downtime when applying windows DB Bundles that do not qualify for data-guard standby first installable.

A Brief overview of our environment:

3 Windows 2012R2 servers (Oracle 12c 12.2)

     node 1 Primary (RAC) using ASM

     node 2 Primary (RAC) using ASM

     node 3 Standby (Single Database) using ASM

I want to apply Patch 29832062: WINDOWS DB BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.0.1.190716

As it stats in doumentation this type of patch does not allow me to apply to standby first, test and then apply to primary.

What are my options to reduce downtime? I guess i can apply to standby first but i woin't be able to enable transport until primary is patched.
