Hi, I have a single node cluster under VMware. How do i add an another node into this existing clust

Hi, I have a single node cluster under VMware. How do i add an another node to this existing cluster. Have tried to add using scinstall and unable to communicate the node and getting the error "unable to contact node". I am able to ping the nodes each other and 2 HB NIC's configured for each nodes. Is there any seperate document for VMware setup.
