Stock_Count_Child stucked at status 10 even after run StockCountAuthorizeRecovery.sh

in Store Inventory Management (MOSC) Question

Hi community,

I am at 14.0.2 and I have almost 50 Stock_Count_Child stucked at status 10, I already ran StockCountAuthorizeRecovery.sh and always return this kind of error:

2019-07-29 21:30:32,571 ERROR [main][job.StockCountAuthorizeRecoveryJob] Stock Count Location [ xxx ] for stock count [ x ] for store [ x ]  authorization failed: Error executing batch statement.

ERROR-171426  User: [BATCH_CLIENT]  Time: 7/29/19 9:30 PM  Type: SimServerException   Message: Error executing batch statement.   Root Cause: Error executing batch statement.

oracle.retail.sim.common.core.SimServerException: Error executing batch statement.
