WA State Garnishments - Consumer Debt - Effective 7/28/2019 - Is PS going to Add a new Garn Type

This week we have received 3 garnishments marked "Consumer Debt" - in looking into it, it appears that the State of Washington enacted a new law on 7/28/2019 to deal with "consumer debt".

The exempt amount if the greater of 80% of disposable earnings or 35 times the state minimum wage.

Is a new garnishment type going to be delivered soon?  I have searched the Oracle site and cannot find any reference to this.

Help please?  If I have to manually set one up, is that fairly easy to do?
