Gradebook/Activity Management

I am looking for the configuration of the gradebook/activity manager for the below scenario

ENG101 has two evaluation components:

A) Course Work (CW) - which consists of

1. Assignment 1

2. Assignment 2

3. Assignment 3

Final Exam (FE)

For Course work total weightage is 60% and for Final exam it is 40%

For a student to pass he need to get minimum 30% in both CW and FE. And he need to get an over all grade of minimum 60%. Then only the student is said to be passed in the course.

If the student passes in CW and fails in FE, he need to repeat CW and FE marks are carried forward for the next enrollment and vise versa.
