Assets : Security By Book

Hi,

I am setting up the Security by Book feature in Oracle Fixed Assets.  I completed the setups. As per my setups Books A, B and C can be viewed by responsibility X.  However, responsibility X is not able to view A,B & C, but is able to view 'D,E & F'.

Can anyone point out where I should be looking to troubleshoot/ correct this?
