How to merge two or more pricelists in to one price list?

Hi SMEs

We have R12.1.3 advance pricing and have n no of price lists. We would like to merge into single price list. Could any one experienced this kind of requirement. How can we do using existing out of box functionality?  Do we need to check each price list where used.  Then we can replace with new merged one price list.

Any one have any solution would be approciated
