copy rate sets functionality

Hi all,

DO we have a delivered functionality of copying rate sets functionality ? We have a requirement where the customer is not following the standard rates and mostly has rates defined as per contract. As we have fix expense heads for all the contracts , the client is looking for defining for copy rate functionality
