Xstore-V7 Base components as per Micros

how can I get Xstore V7 base components files like- lib, config, dtx, pos, database from oracle, we haven't received these components files from previous vendor, these flies are required as per Micros standard to setup workspace.

Please help out if any one have idea on this or provide the link to download the same components. we have reached to oracle support team but as per him, oracle team can't help on this as this is Micros components.
