Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Orders Not being Booked

We are upgrading our PROD EBS R12.2.4 to EBS R12.2.8 using online patching and cutover is done .

Currently users logged in PROD are not able to book the orders, getting below error

ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called in Package ASO_ORDER_FEEDBACK_PUB Procedure UPDATE_NOTICE

FYI - We have an online patching in progress for 12.2.8 upgrade from 12.2.4
