Serial number entry during WO completion in A7.3

Hi

We are working in A7.3 and want to capture the serial number of the product during WO completion. We are using superback flush application and getting an error message as "Error ID 4775 No selection made of Association screen" at the time of completion. Have tried to use P3114 and still getting the same error message.  FYI, have set up item as Serial number required and lot process type as 7 (manual serial # entry) , also enabled P31114 PO value (serial no processing as "enable to use/duplicate LSN) in JDE. Did I miss any setup ?

Have checked oracle documents related to serial number usage in Mfg WO and understand that you can report/capture serial number only thru completion screen P31114 and not thru P31123 (super backflush). Would like to confirm with the experts about capturing serial number for products in mfg WO in A7.3. Anybody has used this functionality, can share their inputs.
