Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. has anyone been able to enable the Reference Information field for Debit Memos?

We need to store a reference in the customer reference field for debit memos and tab is grayed out. you can do for credit memos.

Is there a way to turn on for other types of transactions?
