*** How to create subscription contract from order management ***

Can we create/sell subscription contract from order management ? I know we can create warranty and extended warranty through order management. Similarly, can we create subscription contract from order management through sales order.

I have seen that there is recurring billing functionality in R12. But that just manages the billing only. It does not create any subscription contract.
