Fluid Team Time Cancel Absence Direct Reports not displaying

We are currently testing after PUM 29 has been applied and although i have full access to all HR employee data, and I have my own direct reports, the MSS Cancel Absence view is displaying i have no direct reports.

Testing standard manager access reports the same.

All other pre PUM29 features are showing direct reports.

Any ideas?

I've refreshed all security processes.
