Where to download Dictionary and Activity Excel files for SDK

I am performing an upgrade of Primavera P6 15.1.  I'm wanting to download the Dictionary**.xls and Activity**.xls files to review the SDK functionality.  However, I cannot find a source directly from Oracle.  I understand they are deprecated in Primavera 18.2 and above, but I need them to review functionality.

Also, it seems the pertinent document is broken: How to Import and Export Global Project Management Data to Excel (Doc ID 893942.1)

How do I find the official files?
