Patching Strategy Query

Hi

I am after the following information and would be most appreciative if someone could help please as I am getting conflicting information :-

(1)Can you confirm CPUs are still available for oracle 12c, 19c and going forward?

(2)Can we mix CPU and PSU patching?

(3)What is recommend applying PSUs or CPus

(4)We have number of diffrent versions of oracle installations (looking at upgrading them all in future) i.e. oracle 9i,10c,12c and 19c, what patching strategy would you recommend on each version ?

(5)Do you have any white papers on the new version number strategy e.g I appreciate a new release every year and in between PSU and CPUs will be released? How do they differ from RUR,RU, Proactive bundles, PSUs and CPUs(are they still even relevant?))
