Account setup to allow multiple currency

Hello,

Can you please tell me - we have Kanban orders imported automatically, price list assigned on bill to site in EUR, BSA also in EUR. Customer places order in EUR and USD.

when order is placed in USD, orders fail.

Question - can you please let us know how can we set up the account to allow order import in both currencies?
