Tablespace Fragmenation after purging lob objects

We are on Oracle 12.1.0.2 with an Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.5 environment. I have a locally managed tablespace APPS_TS_MEDIA that stores lob objects for financial statements generated in Oracle Report Manager. The next extent on the table and the lob segment associated with the table is 1 MB. After I purged the old financial statements, there are a lot of small free spaces but they are at lease the same size as the next extent. I think I am OK and the space will be used since it is locally managed. I have already coalesced the tablespace. Should I be
