finding deleted HFM journals in Data Audit

Hi,

We have a user that posted a journal and they should not have.so it was deleted. we have been asked how this was possible as they should not have had the access to do this.

This actually dependent on when they tried to do this as the security class on the entity changed but the user claims they posted after the change but was not allowed to delete it.

we are looking at the data logs and we can see no journals posted to that entity after the change.

I don't think it should but does deleting a journal also remove it form the data logs?
