Need to close contract, fixed bill plan status is in progress, all events complete

However, does not include what processes to run to update BP_STATUS if the zero dollar event was NOT deleted prior to running the billing process for full amount events.

Does anyone have a procedure to force the BP_STATUS to completed on CA_BILL_PLAN so that the contract status can be closed?  I am wondering if the only option at this point is a SQL update?
