Couldn't playback test scripts

Hello!

We are using Siebel 19.6. We are trying to setup the Siebel Test Automation, however we encountered some issues.

1. First of all, we were managed to generate a KWD script, however the "Play" button is read-only for us currently. I guess it is due to a DISA stuff. Is it expected or we have missed something?

2. We have managed to install the DISA by running the step-by-step GUI-mode installation, but it is not clear if we should perform also a DISA deployment to Siebel Descktop or not? When we try to execute the command to generate the response file the below error is displayed:
