Outside Operations - Interface with SO module for Billing of those Service Costs?

Hello All,

I've reviewed the existing documentation on the functionality around Outside Operations.  I do not see any reference to interface or interoperability with SO module.

My question is, is there any interactive functionality with P4210 so that the costs incurred on the PO for outside operations could be turned into a SO to bill a third party?  Am looking to bill this incurred cost directly to a third party.  For example, I outsource warehouse and storage of client stock and I'd like to bill that on a SO based on the cost incurred on the PO to the Outside Contractor.
