Supplier Scorecard template section question

I noticed that when setting up a template section, a scoring model is required.

My requirement would be to ask the evaluator a question and get an answer without any scoring.

For instance, the question might be What department did the supplier provide services? I only want them to provide an answer.

I'm o.k. with my other questions that would require a model for scoring, just not sure how to configure the template for a simple question and answer.

Any suggestions?
