Jounal Load to HFM error: Cannot write over a posted journal

We've encountered this error before in HFM 2.1 but after we've upgraded to 2.4, we've not seen the error again since. And last night, it happened for the 1st time in the upgraded environment. The DLR for the journal load has its "Journal Enable JV ID per Entity" set to yes, and it has always been since day 1. Is there a reason why the journal loads last night used exactly the same journal labels from the other day's journal load?

To add, these data are new and are loaded for different entities than the day before; so I cannot think of a reason why it'll use a duplicate journal label.
