ePro Sporadic Requisition issue

Hello,

I just opened the SR# below but if any of you have ever had this problem, please let me know. It happens very infrequently and we cannot recreate - obviously even once occurrence is not good. I have seen this at 2 different companies I have work with in 9.0 and 9.1.

Hi Oracle support,

I wanted to check with you, at a high level, if there are any known issues with other companies or SRs regarding requisitions occasionally not initiating.

We use the AWE workflow engine and 99.9% of all requisitions generate workflow to approvers correctly. Occasionally a requisition will not trigger workflow and simply show "No approvals required" and get approved. We cannot recreate the issue. If we edit those same requisitions and resubmit, it works fine and route correctly.  So this is not a data problem. Obviously even one requisition skipping workflow is cause for alarm with audit.
