The Daily Rates Web-ADI Spreadsheet function is not available under the "AABBCC" responsibility

Hello,

I have a responsibility in eBS 12.2.7 to upload daily rates with webaddi; but when trying to download the template the following error is displayed.

The Daily Rates Web-ADI Spreadsheet function is not available under the "AABBCC" responsibility.

The superuser's responsibility works correctly. I compared the menus with their functions and these are the same in both functions.

Any suggestions?
