BY21 General Data Report Map Files

This will be the post that contains the most recent map files for the BY21 General Data Report.  While there will be changes made to the OMB Export Utility to list validating/submitting the General Data Report in the menu, for now please use the options for the Contracts Report.

8/10/2019 - First draft of the xml map file for the General Data Report.  Until the xsl files are published later this week, only the "add" and "delete" operations will be available for each report and for each contract.  Agencies will need to apply CPIC Fast Track_BY21_Release 6 and apply the new endpoint published in the latest omb.properties file in order to successfully submit this report.
