Manage Entitlements in Service Contract
My client have a new service offering that customer can buy and that will give them multiple entitlements like 1 free battery replace once a year for a period of contract, one preventive maintenance per year, 40 hours of training per year, 1 free replacement during the entire contract period for mishandling the product and so on. How can these entitlements be managed and tracked in an extended warranty contract using standard oracle contract functionality
