sql statement to check if service is running

RAC 12.1

OEL 7.6

Is it possible to check, through sql or plsq/sql statement, if specific service is running..?

I do know that RAC resources should be managed through srvctl (same applies to service status), but I am just curious if it is possible to check the state from database also..
