How should we setup the Party Name in Install Base Parameters

Hi,

I have a doubt.

I see that in Install  Base parameters the field Party Name shows the values which are setup in the Organizations form in Inventory and the Customers which are setup as internal customers.

Basing the name of the field 'Party Name' i assumed this must be setup in the Customer form.

But still I am not sure which one is the correct setup. How do we decide on where to setup the party.

Can anyone help.
