JDE 9.2 package build when Deployment server is down

Hi Team,

We are using JDE 9.2 with TR 9.2.1.4, with new TR while doing full package it insert records in F98780R  table and for update package when we do the chek-in it insert records in F98780R table.

My question is that suppose our Deployment server is not available/shutdown & we want to build DV full/update package.

Can package build get build successfully because all object latest par file available in F98780R ?
